I catch myself behaving in clichéd ways with a poignant sense of familiarity. We can't expect to have a unique experience when we're 99.99+ percent the same from one to the next. (And very similar to everything else around us. Who among us is composed of anything but matter? What would a dark matter/dark energy life look like? Using the term "look" loosely, of course.)
I like when the parenthetical is longer than the statement.
