I guess the key is doing that without hating yourself more for it.


  1. That's interesting. I tend to assume that giving it up/giving into depression will just make it into a feedback loop and make it worse and the key to getting over it is to go out and do things. I wonder if he isn't right though and sometimes all you need is a few days off from making an effort.

  2. Yeah, I always thought the same thing. Either way, if you're unhappy with what you're doing you have to either change your actions or how you feel about them.
